Notes: Internet cafes abound in Cebu City. Hotels like Cebu Midtown Hotel charge P100 for 30 minutes, which is good by Western standards, but internet cafes outside of hotels are really inexpensive.

Cost: P35 an hour. That's less than a dollar for an hour.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. You will have to use the internet station nearest the entrance.
