Notes: This is a type of inexpensive hotel or guesthouse for the fiscally responsible. There were a few right near the Insadong area, which was very easy to wheel around, but budget hotels had steps and the restrooms are tiny or have a combination of a toilet with a shower.

Accessibility: I stayed at two: Seoul Backpackers, which is a hostel, and the motel next to it. Not accessible and hard to find without asking a stranger to lead my friend and me there.
