Overview: This is the international airport of Bangkok and a super hub to so many other countries. It's new, modern and easy to navigate. One thing is that there are a lot, I mean a lot, of counters for specific airlines. It might be confusing when departing to find the right counter with the flurry of signs and hubbub of the other passengers. But, there are plenty customer service representatives to help out.

Handicap Airport Services: This airport provides excellent handicap services. Arrange ahead of time.
Staff: This airport has some of the nicest, most helpful staff. They greet you at your seat, take you to the handicap section of the immigration line, bypassing the throngs of other people and help you with your luggage. Try to tip them and they won’t take money, like the staff in Hong Kong does.
Money, Cash Machines ATMs: There are numerous banks and cash machines in the airport. When you go out from the baggage claim, through the gauntlet of transportation hawkers, there are money exchange windows and cash machines to the right just beyond the elevator.
